MUSC Taiwan Beef Noodles Paste 100g is your shortcut to crafting the iconic Taiwanese beef noodle soup. This savory broth is made with a blend of red onion, galangal, ginger, garlic, chili, sugar, salt, spices, and cooking oil, capturing the essence of traditional Taiwanese cuisine.
Cooking Instructions:

Add 1 packet of MUSC Taiwan Beef Noodles Paste (100g) to 1.5L of water and bring to a boil.

Add 200g of beef, salt, and ajinomoto to taste into the soup and continue boiling for 1 hour.

Remove the beef from the soup, slice thinly for topping.

Sieve the soup and top up to 1.25L. Add chopped salted vegetable and chicken stock cube to taste, cook for 10 minutes.

Pour the soup over ready-blanched noodles and add the sliced beef topping.
