All our online orders will be delivered via our delivery partners.
All our online orders are only available for delivery via our delivery partners, hence you are not able to collect an online order personally. You can however visit any of our stockists and purchase directly.
We can consider international orders. However, please contact or email us before purchase. We will be using Singapore Post to carry out international delivery. It is important for you to check with your local authorities for any legal requirements and settle the duties and taxes on shipment before it can be delivered.
COVID-19 SPECIAL NOTICE: With regards to orders during Covid-19 period, many overseas postal operators have announced services adjustments or disruption due to Covid-19. We are more than happy to arrange the shipment to you by Singapore Post when the situation allows. Please contact us prior to ordering to understand the situation and allow for a longer delivery time should you be interested to order during this period.
Placed an order but change your mind? No worries! We are happy to amend your order and delivery details if the request is received before your order has been packed. We usually process orders within 1-2 business days, so please call us from Monday to Friday 9am-5pm or reach us through email for us to facilitate the change request.
Free delivery for orders above $50 and for orders utilizing discount code that leads to the final order value above $50. A delivery fee of $5 is charged for orders below $50. We do not deliver to the restricted zones (Check out our list of restricted zones here).
All our online orders will be delivered via our delivery partners. Subject to how busy our delivery partners are, typically, delivery of orders is usually around 3-5 days. However, we are unable to guarantee delivery by a specific time in the day, as to this, our delivery partners will be contacting you.
We can accept bulk order for schools, companies, retails, F&B, hotels and food manufacturers. Please contact or email us for a quote and delivery arrangement. Samples are upon request. Please share with us any thoughts, comments or compliments after testing our products!
Refund & Exchange Policy
We are confident of the products we carry and we want you to feel the same. Due to food hygiene reasons, goods delivered cannot be returned. If you have received our products in a condition that is not to your liking, please call us immediately and we will work to resolve this together. We ask that you do not discard the item but instead take a photo and use it to touch base with us. We reserve the right to reject any replacements and refunds if damages or spoilage are not due to any error on our part.

Yes, the sea cucumbers of ‘Jia Feng’ are only harvested from the wild.
佳丰海参都是野生的。
‘Jia Feng’ has Sand Fish and Teat Fish, however Bountiful Harvest mostly sell Sand Fish in grades of Super Premium, Premium, Superior A and Superior B.

The weight of each sea cucumber varies between grades and will also differ slightly within the same weight grading classification. As such, It is naturally that when the sea cucumbers are soaked, the result of soaking will yield different sizes of sea cucumber. More duration of soaking is required for dried sea cucumbers that are big as they will need longer time to attain their size. Correspondingly, the prices of sea cucumber correlate to their weight and size.

In general, ‘Jia Feng’ Sand Fish and Teat Fish requires 3 to 7 and 7-10 days to soak respectively
