Ingredients:
Red Onion, Garlic, Ginger, Chilli, Sugar, Salt, Spices, Cooking Oil.
Cooking Instructions:
1. Deep-fry 750g of chicken meat until cook and the skin turns golden
2. Heat up 1 packet of MUSC Instant Masak Merah Paste100g under low heat until aromatic.
3. Add in 2 pieces of tomato (quarterly portion) and bring to boil.
4. Put in the chicken meat and stir until it is well coated with the gravy.
