Ingredients:
Cooking Oil, Chilli, Lemongrass, Onion, Spices, Ginger, Sugar & Salt.
Cooking Instructions:
1. Add 1 packet of MUSC Instant Curry Fish Head Paste100g to 200ml of water and bring to boil.
2. Add in 1 stick of soya bean stick (soften and cut into small pieces).
3. Add in a bit of salt and Ajinomoto (Optional) to taste.
4. Add in 400g of fish head and cook for 15 minutes.
5. Add in 50ml of coconut milk.
6. Add in 3 pieces of lady-fingers (cut into small pieces) and cook for another 3 minutes. Serve hot with rice.
