Ingredients:
Assam, Onion, Lemongrass, Chilli, Sugar, Salt, Spices, Cooking Oil.
Cooking Instructions:
1. Put in 1 packet of MUSC Instant Assam Prawn Paste100g to 100ml of water and bring to boil.
2. Add in a bit of salt and Ajinomoto (Optional) to taste.
3. Add in 400g of prawn and cook for 10 minutes.
4. Add in 1 piece of egg (beaten) and stir until egg is cooked. Serve hot with rice.
