Ingredients: Orange sweet potato, purple sweet potato, sugar & tapioca flour.

Cooking Instruction:
Deep Fry:
1. Heat the oil to 175°C to 180°C in a wok.
2. Place crackers into the hot oil.
3. Deep fry for a few seconds until the crackers puff up.
4. Remove and drain on paper towels before serving.
Air Fry:
1. Preheat the air fryer at 200°C.
2. In a large mixing bowl, spray some oil to the crackers.
3. Toss and ensure each piece is coated thoroughly with oil.
4. Air fry in batches for about 2 to 3 mins or until golden brown.
5. Pull out the basket and shake halfway during frying if needed.
